Love is like a shining silver coin that adults looks for everywhere...

Of course love is attainable and will be attained. Of course but only in retrospect, by reflexion. But of course if someone asks you if you love you will respond at once, yes I love. Then you will smile and feel the hilarious gratitude.

Ref. L'étre et le néant by Sartre chapter 3, Le cogito, prereflexif, l'étre du, percipere. To read Sartre is always an aha-experience.

Love is like the ghost that everyone talks about but few have seen but at very rare instances. When Love appears then it is obvious who the Master of Life is. No doubt at all.

Love is absolutely natural for youngsters. I didn't even think of it when being young. It's quite natural and life couldn't be elseway.

When you start thinking about love then your already an old guy.

The toolbox

Love is just a tool in the toolbox of Nature to achieve something natural. Just like hate. Our nose was made to put our glasses on and love to attach our life onto, id est Cause and Effect.
Ref. Candide by Voltaire

Our fate

In the tiny boat, with oars and a sail,
he moves about on the infinit ocean.

Above the sun burns ruthlessly or the thunder roars,
below the sharks are circling in his track.

Where the wind, the currents, the tempests
will push him he knows nothing about.

His interior mind is a vast ocean,
where his thoughts are like flocks of dolphins.

Maybe he is a soul, a soul with another life,
but this one to be destined by the others.

Rosy colors, but ....

Only a psycho doesn't worry! We live in a very dangerous world, fatal in the end.

The ladder of life

"Midlife is when you reach the top of the ladder and find that it was against the wrong wall." Joseph Campbell

Campbell may have been referring to the career ladder but his statement applies to whatever "ladder" you are on. It may be the ladder of marriage or family. It may be the ladder of a unique goal you are pursuing. Or, it may be the ladder of personality development. If Campbell is right then a great many people in our society are soon to be frustrated as they near the top of this ladder and begin asking that all important midlife question, "Is this all there is?"

I would prefer to say that the wall may be the right one, but the ladder wasn’t long enough. I would also tell that I am a different guy than Mr Campbell. Instead of the question, “Is this all there is?” , I would say that there is far too much here of everything. Bernard Shaw writes that we need to live here several hundred years to understand this complicated world. That’s true. I will not elaborate on this evidence.
