Change habits … Advance…
Shakespears' Sonnets, they were written and printed in 1609, are there to be enjoyed. That's a formidable intellectual achievement as well.

Shakespeare Sonnets
What a loss! Disappointed that’s what I am that I wasn’t told before of the Treasure called the Sonnets (154) by Shakespeare. But now I understand that those who could have told me they weren’t bright enough to ever even try to read them themselves. What a misery indeed!

To set forth from!
"And thus I cloth'd my nakes villainy With ol' odd ends, stol'n forth from holy writ AND SEEM A SAINT, WHEN MOST I PLAY THE DEVIL." [William Shakespeare, Richard III]

Shakespeare Sonnet 1: To the youth!
'Fair youth, be not churlish, be not self-centred, but go forth and fill the world with images of yourself, with heirs to replace you. Because of your beauty you owe the world a recompense, which now you are devouring as if you were an enemy to yourself. Take pity on the world, and do not, in utter selfish miserliness, allow yourself to become a perverted and self destructive object who eats up his own posterity'.

Shakespeare
Brian Murphy is Shakespeare for a Day...
What star gave blessing to this mortal bard
Who by his words gain'd immortality?
What gods gave wit and art and clarity
To make our Will so eloquently starr'd.
He knew us to our core, he penn'd us each
...In words that even now remain in reach.
(Winning entry in our Be Shakespeare for a Day contest)
This verse is made by Brian! Very clever Brian! I love it! Thanks!

To be or not to be
The present tense - That's where it's important to be, it's the unique place - To drop everything else to be there.

Rush on!
Wake up! Time is rushing on, it never waits for me and my dreaming Achieve now, later on it will be too late.
Then later, sitting on the platform in the rain waiting for the next train that will never come, we will have all the time in the world, we can sit there and miss it all. Like in Hamlet when the King speaks in Scene II of the dead brother they grief and woe.
“Yet so far hath discretion fought with nature
That we with wisest sorrow think on him”.

We always dream …
We have been built by a Dreaming material are the words by William Shakespeare.
Our mind with its many thoughts and dreams about fairies and ghosts is like an enchanted golden box with many multicolored butterflies in it. Stillness seldom prevails there, some butterflies always move about. Nobody can predict which butterfly will move about … One which is a fairy or the other which is a ghost, or several at the same time.
Fairies and ghosts are as the air, invulnerable,
And our vain blows malicious mockery.
(see Hamlet, Act 1, by W Shakespeare)
What else can we do but dream?

Dreams and wishes are serious things...!
We have been made up of a dreaming material, says Shakespeare.
Wouldn't it be a good idea to realize Dreams and Wishes? Maybe it will be important for the future…?
What we achieve every day will disappear fairly quickly from our minds into eternal oblivion, but ... later on we will regret having left the Dreams unfulfilled. The things we will remember, our minds will be cramped by them, are the things we didn’t do, the opportunities we didn’t take or left, the Good Deeds we didn’t do. There are lots of them! Like old collectibles in the garage, in the basement or wherever we put them. It’s a kind of curse!
It’s a kind of blessing as well letting the Dreams and Wishes remain unfulfilled, though they make us feel ill at heart. It’s like having collections of statues, in black and white, in the mind. We will always remember them or rather, they will never let us forget them.
Our actions, thinking and sayings today will maybe decide what Fantasies will haunt us in the future.
Ref. Racine Bérénice and William Shakespeare
